TRADEMARK POLICY

Owner: Glazer Labs Private Limited ("Glazer Labs", "we", "us", "our")
Read with: Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines & Fair Play, Brand Safety & UA Addendum.
SCOPE & WHO THIS APPLIES TO
This Policy applies to everyone using THRYL brand assets: users, fan communities, creators/influencers/esports athletes/streamers ("Creators"), teams, tournament organizers, game publishers/developers, brands/advertisers/UA clients, agencies, press, and partners.
OUR TRADEMARKS & BRAND ASSETS
2.1 Marks (illustrative, not exhaustive):
Word marks: THRYL, THRYL TOKEN, THRYL GEMS, THRYL ESPORTS.
Logos: the THRYL logotype and THRYL icon/emblem.
Taglines/slogans used by THRYL from time to time.
2.2 Ownership. All rights in the Marks and Brand Assets belong to Glazer Labs Private Limited. Registration status may vary by country.
2.3 Brand Assets Kit. Official logo files, badges, and style guidance are available via brand@thryl.io (or the brand portal, if provided in‑app). Do not source logos from screenshots, search engines, or redraws.
PERMITTED USES (NO LICENCE FEES)
Subject to this Policy and our other terms, the following limited uses are allowed without prior written permission—provided you do not modify the Marks and you follow Section 5 (Style Rules) and Section 6 (Nominative Fair Use):
3.1 Editorial/Descriptive Reference. Using the word “THRYL” (plain text) to fairly and accurately refer to our Platform, app, tournaments, or services. Example: “Our game integrates with THRYL."
3.2 Links & Buttons. Text links like “Follow us on THRYL” or THRYL‑provided “Find us on THRYL / Powered by THRYL” badges from the Brand Assets Kit.
3.3 Community & Non‑commercial Fan Use. Using the plain‑text name “THRYL” in sentences to describe non‑commercial fan activity (e.g., “community tourney hosted on THRYL”), with a disclaimer (Section 8) and no custom logos or look‑alikes.
3.4 Press. Journalists and reviewers may use our official logo files in articles that truthfully discuss THRYL, with proper attribution and no implication of endorsement.
Important: These permissions do not allow use of our logos or stylized marks in your own branding unless those logos come from our Brand Assets Kit and are used exactly as instructed.
USES REQUIRING EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION
You must obtain prior written approval from brand@thryl.io for:
Co‑branding, sponsorships, or paid creator activations featuring THRYL logos or lockups with your brand.
Any commercial merchandise (apparel, accessories, peripherals) using THRYL Marks.
Naming a product, service, event, team, studio, channel, or organization with the word “THRYL” or a confusingly similar variant.
App icons, splash screens, or UI that resemble our trade dress.
Any use of THRYL Marks in advertising claims, UA creatives, or Offerwall tasks.
Use of our Marks in connection with finance, lending, investment, crypto/asset trading, or any RMG (gambling/fantasy/betting) activity.
STYLE & BRAND RULES (LOGOS/TYPOGRAPHY/COLOR)
Do not modify THRYL logos (no stretching, recoloring, gradients, shadows, outlines, animations) unless the Brand Assets Kit provides a specific variant.
Clear space: Keep at least 1× the height of the “T” around the logo on all sides.
Minimum size: Don’t display the logo smaller than 24 px height (digital) or 6 mm (print).
Backgrounds: Use high‑contrast backgrounds; avoid busy patterns.
No look‑alikes: Don’t create your own THRYL‑style logos, typefaces, or icons.
Legal line: When space permits, add: “THRYL and the THRYL logo are trademarks of Glazer Labs Private Limited.”
NOMINATIVE FAIR USE — HOW TO REFERENCE “THRYL”
You may use plain‑text “THRYL” to identify our product/service only if:
The product or service is not readily identifiable without using the THRYL name;
You use only what’s reasonably necessary (e.g., the word “THRYL,” not our logo); and
The context does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Always include a disclaimer where reasonable (Section 8). Avoid stylizing THRYL in your own brand fonts or colors.
PROHIBITED USES (STRICT)
No RMG: Do not use THRYL Marks in relation to gambling, betting, fantasy contests, or other real‑money gaming (including predictions, tips, affiliates, or funnels).
No confusion/affiliation: Do not imply that THRYL sponsors or endorses you, your product, or your event.
No logos in your logo: Don’t incorporate THRYL logos into your logo, app icon, or channel art.
No domain/handle/app names: Don’t register domains, social handles, or app titles that include “thryl” or confusingly similar strings (e.g., thryltournaments.com, @ThrylOfficialXYZ, ThrylHub).
No merchandising: Don’t print THRYL on apparel, accessories, or physical goods without a licence.
No misleading SEO/SEM/ASO: Don’t bid on “THRYL” keywords or mimic our listing to mislead users.
No alteration or parody that confuses users, disparages protected classes, or violates brand safety rules.
No illegal/unsafe categories (hate/extremism, adult/explicit, tobacco/vapes, firearms, deceptive health/finance claims, malware/spyware).
REQUIRED DISCLAIMERS (EXAMPLES)
Use a clear, readable disclaimer near the first reference or footer:
Communities/Events: “This event is independently organized and is not affiliated with or endorsed by THRYL.”
Creators/Streams: “Contains references to THRYL. Not sponsored unless explicitly stated. #ad for paid promotions.”
Developers/Publishers: “Integrates with THRYL. THRYL is a trademark of Glazer Labs Private Limited.”
CREATORS, TEAMS & TOURNAMENT ORGANISERS
Follow this Policy and the Community Guidelines & Fair Play and Brand Safety & UA Addendum.
Free, skill‑based community events may use plain‑text “THRYL” descriptively with a disclaimer. For use of logos, apply for permission.
No paid placements or sponsor integrations suggesting THRYL endorsement without written approval.
BRANDS, ADVERTISERS & UA CLIENTS
All ad/UA uses of THRYL Marks require written approval and must comply with the Brand Safety & UA Addendum.
No Offers or creatives that solicit RMG apps or imply THRYL cashbacks/guarantees beyond our official in‑app disclosures.
Measurement and make‑goods follow your IO/SOW; do not alter our logos or create composite lockups without consent.
DEVELOPERS & PUBLISHERS (INTEGRATIONS)
Use only the official “Powered by THRYL” badge per the Brand Assets Kit.
Do not name features “Thryl‑something” or style UI to mimic our app.
SDK and data use must comply with our developer terms and Privacy Policy; no passing Marks through to third parties.
Adjacency Exclusions: On request, THRYL will use reasonable efforts (inventory permitting) to avoid adjacency to politics, tragedies, medical misinformation, or toxicity spikes.
TRADEMARK NOTICE & PROPER FORMATTING
- First/reference use: THRYL® (if registered) or THRYL™ (if unregistered) — status varies by jurisdiction.
- Use THRYL as an adjective, not a noun or verb (e.g., “THRYL platform,” not “a THRYL”).
- Include the trademark notice where practical: “THRYL and the THRYL logo are trademarks of Glazer Labs Private Limited.”
REPORTING MISUSE
If you find misuse of our Marks, please email brand@thryl.io (or resident.grievance@thryl.io for formal grievances) with links, screenshots, and contact details. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to address within 15 days.
ENFORCEMENT & REMEDIES
We may refuse, revoke, or condition permission to use our Marks at any time. We may request corrections, takedowns, disclaimers, or re‑publishing with changes. Persistent or egregious violations may lead to suspension of THRYL services, legal action, and claims for damages.
NO WARRANTY; NO LICENCE BY ESTOPPEL
Nothing in this Policy grants you ownership or any implied licence beyond what is expressly stated. We make no warranties regarding third‑party rights or your specific use cases.
CHANGES; CONTACT; GOVERNING LAW
We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted on our website/app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

APPENDIX A — QUICK DO/DON’T
Do
Use “THRYL” in plain text to accurately refer to our platform.
Use official badges from our Brand Assets Kit with proper spacing and contrast.
Add disclaimers and follow #ad disclosures for paid content.
Dont
Put “THRYL” in your product/event/company name, domain, or handle.
Modify or recreate our logos; avoid look‑alike branding.
Use our Marks with RMG, adult, tobacco, firearms, hate/extremism, deceptive claims.
