Account: A registered profile on the Platform.

Events: Tournaments, competitions, shows, on‑ground activations, digital watch‑parties and related activity hosted or operated by or through THRYL.

Rewards: Points, badges, status, loot, coupons, tickets, or other benefits earned via the Platform. Some Rewards are promotional and have no monetary value.

6.1 User Content. Content you upload (e.g., chat, posts, videos, streams, tournament entries) remains yours. You grant THRYL a worldwide, non‑exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty‑free license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and promote such content in connection with the Platform, Events, and marketing.

If you believe content infringes your rights, notify our Grievance Officer with: (a) identification of the work; (b) URL/ID of infringing content; (c) your contact info; (d) a good‑faith statement and proof of ownership/authorisation. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve within 15 days.

7.1 Fair Play. THRYL promotes ethical, non‑cash‑stakes social gaming. Cheating, boosting, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorised software/hardware is prohibited.
7.2 Anti‑Cheat. We may deploy anti‑cheat systems (client or server‑side), including device fingerprinting, process scanning, telemetry, and gameplay analytics, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.3 Health & Safety. Take breaks, maintain good posture, and play responsibly. If you experience adverse symptoms, stop and seek medical advice.
7.4 Reporting. Use in‑app tools or contact the Grievance Officer to report abuse, security issues, or vulnerabilities.
7.5 Strict Prohibition — Gambling, Fantasy, Betting & Real‑Money Gaming (RMG). THRYL does not host, facilitate, promote, or permit any gambling, wagering, betting, fantasy contests, pools, or other RMG activities on or through the Platform. Users, Creators, Brands, Publishers, or third parties may not use THRYL to run, advertise, or funnel traffic to such activities. Esports on THRYL is competition‑based and skill‑driven with no entry or participation fees charged by THRYL. Prize money (where offered) is a competitive win only and subject to applicable laws and taxes.
