OFFERWALL POLICY

Read with: Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Token & Conversion Policy, Community Guidelines.
PURPOSE & SCOPE
This Policy explains how the THRYL Offerwall operates, how rewards are earned, verified, and credited, and the rules that apply to Users. It supplements the Terms of Use and the Token & Conversion Policy.
DEFINITIONS
Offerwall: A catalogue of third‑party tasks (e.g., app installs, in‑app actions, surveys, sign‑ups) presented in the THRYL App or website.
Partner: A third‑party provider or advertiser who supplies an Offer.
Offer: A specific task with stated steps, reward type/amount, and eligibility conditions.
Token (THRYL Token): Convertible to INR under the Token & Conversion Policy.
Gems (THRYL Gems): Non‑withdrawable points redeemable for coupons/gift cards only.
Attribution: The technical process (click ID/device ID/IP/timestamps/SDK callbacks) a Partner uses to validate an Offer completion.
Eligible Sources / Ineligible Sources: As defined in the Token & Conversion Policy.
ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Age: You must be 18+ to withdraw Tokens. Users 13–17 may access age‑appropriate Offerwall content (no withdrawals) with verified guardian consent. Under‑13 are not permitted on THRYL.
3.2 One User–One Account: Multiple accounts, identity sharing, or device spoofing are prohibited.
3.3 Geo/Device Requirements: Some Offers are restricted by country, device type, OS version, or language.
HOW THE OFFERWALL WORKS
4.1 Read the Offer: Each Offer lists required steps (e.g., install, open, complete level, register, make a purchase), time limits, reward type (Token or Gems), and the expected crediting window.
4.2 Start via THRYL: Tap the Offer from within THRYL so your click ID is captured; do not switch ad‑block/VPN during the flow.
4.3 Complete as Stated: Finish all steps exactly as described. Uninstall/reinstall loops, emulator usage, or using third‑party app stores can break attribution.
4.4 Credit Timeline: Most Token/Gem rewards show as Pending first, then move to Confirmed once the Partner validates the completion. Timelines vary by Offer (minutes to several days).
4.5 Reversals: Partners may reverse credits for cancellations, refund/chargeback, policy violations, or if postbacks indicate the action did not meet Offer criteria.
REWARD TYPES & DISPLAY
5.1 Tokens vs Gems: The Offer card clearly states whether the reward is Token (convertible to INR per policy) or Gems (non‑withdrawable; coupons/gift cards).
5.2 Amounts: Reward amounts are set by Partners and may change prior to starting the Offer.
5.3 Pending & Hold: Newly earned rewards may be held for verification (e.g., 24–72 hours or as shown on the Offer card).
5.4 Expiry: Unclaimed/unused rewards may expire; see the Token & Conversion Policy for Token expiry rules and coupon validity for Gems.
ATTRIBUTION, VERIFICATION & DISPUTES
6.1 Attribution Controls: Partners may require device ID, IP address, OS version, app store receipt, or in‑app event confirmations. Some Offers require third‑party account sign‑ups.
6.2 When Credit Appears: Credit appears after Partner validates the action and sends a secure callback to THRYL.
6.3 If Credit Is Missing: Wait the full credit window shown on the Offer. If still missing, file a ticket within 7 days of completion with:
Your THRYL username and Offer name
Date/time you started and completed the Offer
Screenshots: Offer page, in‑app completion screen, confirmation email/SMS/order ID (if applicable)
Device/OS details; app version; network type
6.4 Resolution SLA: We acknowledge within 24 hours and coordinate with the Partner. Typical resolution is 3–15 days depending on Partner response. Where the Partner denies due to failed attribution or policy breach, THRYL may be unable to credit.
6.5 Finality: Partner validation is authoritative for Offer credit. THRYL is not obligated to award rewards where the Partner declines validation.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT (STRICT)
No gambling, betting, fantasy, or any real‑money gaming (RMG) Offers or redirections.
No VPN/proxy/Tor; no emulators/rooted/jailbroken devices where prohibited by the Offer.
No device farms, bots, macros, or automation; no click injection/spamming.
No fake/throwaway emails/phones/IDs; no identity theft or third‑party account use.
No off‑platform selling/transfers of Tokens/Gems/rewards.
No interfering with SDKs, postbacks, or measurement tools; no ad‑blockers that disrupt tracking.
Violations can lead to forfeiture, freezes, suspension/termination, and reporting to authorities where required.
PURCHASE/OFFER TYPES
8.1 Free vs Paid: Some Offers are free (e.g., survey, level completion). Others may be paid (e.g., first purchase). Paid Offers require clear disclosure on the Offer card.
8.2 Cancellations/Refunds: If you cancel or obtain a refund on a paid Offer, the associated reward may be reversed. Keep order confirmations for dispute review.
8.3 Stacking: Unless explicitly stated, Offers cannot be stacked or repeated using the same device/account.
WITHDRAWALS, TAXES & LIMITS
9.1 Tokens: Conversion to INR and withdrawals follow the Token & Conversion Policy (KYC, name match, limits, fees, holds, taxes/TDS).
9.2 Gems: Not withdrawable. Redeem only for listed coupons/gift cards within validity and partner T&Cs.
9.3 Taxes: Rewards and conversions may be subject to withholding and reporting. You are responsible for remaining tax obligations.
DATA, PRIVACY & SECURITY
10.1 Data Shared with Partners: To attribute and validate Offers, THRYL may share non‑sensitive technical data such as click IDs, hashed device identifiers, IP address, user‑agent, timestamps, and in‑app event signals. Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy and only as necessary for Offer fulfilment, fraud prevention, and support.
10.2 Security: THRYL deploys anti‑fraud and security controls; suspicious patterns may trigger manual review and holds.
10.3 Third‑Party Policies: Partner platforms have their own terms/privacy notices. Your use of their services is subject to those policies.
CHANGES, AVAILABILITY & ERRORS
11.1 Dynamic Inventory: Partners may add, change, or end Offers at any time. Availability varies by geo/device.
11.2 Errors: Obvious listing errors (e.g., reward typos) may be corrected; affected Offers may be cancelled with notice.
11.3 Service Modifications: THRYL may modify or suspend Offerwall features for maintenance, risk, or legal reasons.

LEGAL
This Policy forms part of the THRYL Terms of Use. It is governed by Indian law and disputes are handled per the Terms (Surat, Gujarat; arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996).
APPENDIX A — EVIDENCE FOR MISSING CREDIT (GUIDANCE)
Provide as many as possible:
Screenshots of: (1) THRYL Offer card and “Started” status, (2) completion screen, (3) any confirmation email/SMS, (4) order ID/receipt (for paid Offers)
Date/time, device model, OS version, network type
If applicable, app version and store country
APPENDIX B — QUICK TIPS TO AVOID LOST CREDIT
Start the Offer directly from THRYL and finish in one session if possible.
Do not use VPN/proxy/emulator or change devices mid‑flow.
Keep the app installed and active for the required period.
Disable ad‑blockers for the session.
Use accurate, real information where the Offer requires sign‑ups.
Check the crediting window and only raise a ticket after it has passed.
