1. Definition
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following key terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:
- “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Glazer Labs Private Limited, registered at Office No 601, 6th Floor, Cube By Solaris, Piplod, Surat, Gujarat, India 395007.
- “User,” “You,” or “Your” refers to any individual accessing or using the Platform, including registered users and visitors.
- “Platform” refers to all content, websites, and services offered by THRYL, including https://www.thryl.io and the THRYL mobile application.
- “Services” refers to all products, functionalities, and services provided through the Platform.
- “Personal Information” refers to any data that identifies an individual, including name, email address, phone number, username, password, IP address, and billing details.
- “Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI)” refers to passwords, financial details, health conditions, sexual orientation, medical records, biometric information, and any other legally defined sensitive data.
- “User Data” refers to all information collected from Users during use of the Platform, including browsing activity, preferences, and interactions.
- “Business Partners” refers to any individual or entity with whom We have a contractual relationship, including merchants, advertisers, and brands.
- “Service Providers” refers to individuals or entities engaged by Us to assist in delivering Services, including third-party vendors and data processors.
- “Thryl Entities” refers to our associate, subsidiary, affiliate, and/or group companies involved in delivering services through the Platform.
2. General
2.1 THRYL is a brand under Glazer Labs Private Limited. This Privacy Policy applies to all content displayed and services offered through https://www.thryl.io and the THRYL mobile application (“Platform”).
2.2 This Privacy Policy informs Users about how their personal data is collected and processed when using the Services available on the Platform.
2.3 This Privacy Policy is an electronic record formed under the Information Technology Act, 2000. It is a legally binding document between the User and the Company and does not require any physical, electronic, or digital signature.
2.4 By visiting or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you accept the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy and consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information. If you do not agree, please do not use this Platform.
2.5–2.12 We collect, use, share, disclose, and protect your personal data only to enhance the Platform and respond to your requests. Personal Information is used strictly in line with our business purposes. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
3. Processing of Information
3.1 Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions outside of India acknowledge that their Personal Information shall primarily be processed and stored within India or any other jurisdiction where the Company engages third-party service providers. By accepting this Privacy Policy, Users provide their informed consent for the collection, processing, sharing, and storage of their Personal Information.
3.2 In the event that a User has concerns regarding how their Personal Information is being processed, they are advised to refer to Section 11 (Withdrawal of Consent and Permission) of this Privacy Policy for guidance on their rights and available remedies.
4. User Rights & Consent Management
4.1 User Rights — Users of the THRYL Platform have the following rights:
- Right to Access – Users may request access to their Personal Information stored on the Platform.
- Right to Correction – Users can request corrections to any inaccurate or outdated Personal Information.
- Right to Deletion – Users may request deletion of their Personal Information, subject to applicable legal requirements.
- Right to Restrict Processing – Users may request restriction on how their Personal Information is processed.
- Right to Data Portability – Where technically feasible, Users may request a copy of their Personal Information in a machine-readable format.
- Right to Object – Users can object to processing activities including marketing communications and automated decision-making.
- Right to Withdraw Consent – Users can withdraw their consent at any time, subject to resulting limitations on Platform usage.
4.2 Consent Management — Consent is obtained via Explicit Consent (agreeing to this Policy upon registration), Implied Consent (continuing to use the Platform after notification), and Contractual Consent (entering into agreements with THRYL for specific services).
4.3 Withdrawal of Consent — Users may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at resident.grievance@thryl.io. THRYL will acknowledge within 24 hours and process the request within 15 business days.
4.5 Opt-Out from Marketing — Users may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link in marketing emails or by updating preferences in their account settings.
5. Information Collected
5.1 The Company collects the following categories of information from the User:
- Personal Information: Name, phone number, username, password, email address, IP address, and details of websites visited before and after using the Platform.
- Social Media Information: Any information voluntarily shared on social media platforms linked with their THRYL account, including usernames, preferences, and associated metadata.
- Device and Usage Information: Device type, operating system, browser details, IP address, geolocation data, and unique device identifiers. Logs including access times and pages viewed.
- Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI): Passwords; financial information such as bank account and credit/debit card details; physical, physiological, and mental health conditions; medical records; biometric information; sexual orientation.
- Communications and Support Data: Any correspondence between the User and the Company, including emails, messages, and calls, stored for internal analysis and customer support.
- Publicly Available Information: The Company reserves the right to use any information freely available in the public domain without explicit consent.
5.2 The User acknowledges and consents to the processing of the aforementioned data for the purpose of rendering Services, ensuring legal compliance, and enhancing Platform functionality.
6. Information Disclosure
6.1 The Company may transfer, store, or process Information Collected on secure data servers operated by the Company or its authorized third-party service providers. Commercially reasonable security measures are implemented to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
6.2 The Platform may contain hyperlinks or references to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of such third-party platforms.
6.3 The Company shall not use the User’s Personal Information for direct marketing or targeted advertisements without the User’s explicit, prior, and informed consent.
6.4 The Company reserves the right to disclose Personal Information without additional consent when necessary to: comply with applicable laws; prevent fraudulent activities; protect the rights of the Company or Users; enforce Terms of Use; respond to intellectual property claims; or detect financial crimes.
6.5 The Company shall not sell, lease, license, or commercially exploit Personal Information. Anonymized, aggregated, or de-identified data may be shared with service providers for statistical analysis, provided such information cannot identify any User.
6.7 In the event of corporate restructuring, including a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, the Company may transfer User Personal Information to the acquiring entity. Users shall be duly notified of any such transfer.
7. Use of Information Collected
7.1 The Company may collect, store, process, and use Personal Information including payment details solely for the purpose of facilitating transactions initiated by the User on the Platform.
7.2 Information Collected may be used for the following purposes:
- To send confirmations and notifications regarding Services via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other authorized channels.
- To facilitate customer support and allow Company representatives to contact the User.
- To personalize and optimize the content and functionality of the Platform.
- To conduct identity verification and ensure compliance with the Company’s security policies.
- To send personalized notifications or promotional offers, subject to the User’s marketing preferences.
- To investigate, mitigate, or resolve disputes, troubleshoot technical issues, and detect fraudulent activities.
- To analyze demographic trends and behavioral patterns to improve Platform usability.
- To comply with judicial or regulatory requirements and provide information to law enforcement authorities.
- To conduct statistical analysis, risk assessments, and data analytics for product development and service improvement.
7.5 Protection of Minors — The Company does not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 18 without parental consent. If such information is obtained without authorization, the Company shall deactivate the account and delete collected data.
7.8 Legal Compliance — The Company may access, preserve, and disclose Personal Information as necessary to comply with applicable laws, court orders, subpoenas, or regulatory investigations; protect the Company’s legal rights; or safeguard Users from fraud and security threats.
8. Sharing of Information
8.1 The Company may share Information Collected with third parties strictly for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Users acknowledge and provide explicit consent for such data sharing where necessary to facilitate the provision of Services.
8.2 The Company may share Information Collected with:
- Business Partners, Service Providers, and Affiliates: Limited to the extent necessary to deliver services and in compliance with contractual obligations.
- Third-Party Service Providers: For facilitating transactions, processing payments, fraud prevention, IT infrastructure, customer support, analytics, and marketing operations.
- Internal Investigations and Legal Compliance: User data may be shared with compliance teams, auditors, or agencies conducting fraud or security investigations.
- Legal Obligations and Law Enforcement: When required by law, court orders, or government requests.
- Corporate Transactions: In the event of a business merger, acquisition, or asset transfer. Users shall be notified of such transfers.
8.4 The Company does not sell, rent, or trade individual User data to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. However, anonymized or aggregated statistical data may be shared with partners for analytics and service enhancement.
8.6 Users acknowledge that information voluntarily shared on publicly accessible sections of the Platform, such as reviews or forums, may be visible to third parties and is shared at the User’s discretion.
9. Tenure of Storing Your Information
9.1 Data Retention Periods — The Company shall retain Information Collected only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy:
- Active Account Duration: User Data is retained as long as the User maintains an active account. If a User remains inactive for 24 months, the Company may delete or anonymize their Personal Information.
- Service Fulfillment & Legal Compliance: Personal Information required for transaction history shall be retained for 5 years from the date of last activity. Data for tax compliance and AML requirements shall be stored for up to 7 years.
- Dispute Resolution: Data necessary for resolving disputes shall be retained until the resolution of the dispute, including any appeal periods.
- Analytics & Research: Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained indefinitely, provided it does not directly or indirectly identify any individual User.
9.2 Secure Deletion & Anonymization — Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, or at the User’s request, the Company shall securely delete, anonymize, or aggregate Personal Information. Backup copies shall be encrypted using AES-256 encryption and retained only for disaster recovery. Backups shall be permanently deleted within 90 days from deletion in active systems.
Users may request permanent deletion of their Personal Information by submitting a written request to the Grievance Officer. The Company shall process data deletion within 30 days upon verification, subject to any legal obligations requiring continued retention.
10. Storage & Security
10.1 The Company is committed to implementing robust technical and organizational security measures to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Personal Information and User Data.
10.2 The Company utilizes third-party cloud service providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), for secure storage and processing. All data transmissions are encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols.
10.3 Security Safeguards implemented include:
- Access Controls: Restricting access to Personal Information only to authorized personnel with a legitimate business need.
- Encryption: Encrypting Personal Information during storage and transmission.
- Firewalls and Intrusion Detection: Advanced network security mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access.
- Data Minimization: Ensuring only necessary Personal Information is collected, processed, and retained.
- Periodic Security Audits: Regular security assessments, penetration testing, and audits.
10.5 While the Company employs industry-standard security practices, no digital platform can be completely secure. The Company does not guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access or cyberattacks. In the event of a confirmed security breach, the Company shall conduct an internal investigation, implement remedial measures, notify affected Users, and provide guidance on protective steps.
10.6 Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Users should: log out from shared devices; keep passwords confidential; enable multi-factor authentication where available; and periodically update passwords.
11. Withdrawal of Consent
11.1 Users shall have the right to withdraw their consent for the collection, processing, or use of their Personal Information at any time by submitting a formal request to the Company. Such withdrawal may result in limited access to the Platform or inability to use certain Services.
11.2 The Company provides Users with the ability to opt out of receiving non-essential communications, including promotional correspondence. Users may opt out by adjusting their notification preferences in account settings or by using the “Unsubscribe” option in marketing emails.
11.3 Users shall have the right to review, update, or correct their Personal Information stored on the Platform by logging into their account using secure credentials.
11.4 Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out prior to such withdrawal. Where retention of Personal Information is required to comply with legal obligations or dispute resolution, the Company shall retain the necessary data despite the withdrawal request.
11.5 Upon receiving a withdrawal request, the Company shall assess its feasibility and respond within a reasonable timeframe, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
12. Changes to Privacy Policy
12.1 The Company reserves the right to update, modify, amend, or replace this Privacy Policy at any time, at its sole discretion, in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. In the event of material changes, the Company shall provide Users with reasonable notice via email or in-app notifications.
12.2 If a User does not agree with the changes to the Privacy Policy, they shall have the right to discontinue use of the Platform and request deactivation or deletion of their account by contacting the Company at the designated email address.
12.3 By continuing to use the Platform after being notified of changes, Users explicitly acknowledge and accept the revised terms. Users are advised to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed about their rights.
12.4 This Privacy Policy constitutes an electronic record as per the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and SPDI) Rules, 2011, and other applicable laws in India.
13. Grievance Redressal
13.1 The Company is committed to addressing User grievances, complaints, and concerns regarding the processing of Personal Information, security breaches, and data protection matters in a fair and timely manner.
13.2 The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge receipt of a User’s complaint within 24 hours of submission and undertake to resolve the complaint within 15 days from the date of receipt. If additional time is required, the User shall be notified of the expected resolution timeline.

13.7 If the User is not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Grievance Officer, they may escalate the matter to the relevant data protection authority or regulatory body in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Developer & Publisher Terms
Introduction

Applies to: Game developers, publishers, studios, and integrators using THRYL SDKs/APIs, events, creator tools, storefronts, and related services.
Read with: Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines & Fair Play, Token & Conversion Policy, Offerwall Policy, Brand Safety & UA Addendum, Trademark Policy.
Plain-English summary (non-binding): These terms govern how games integrate with THRYL. Keep experiences safe, free to enter, and skill-based; no gambling/fantasy/betting. Use our SDKs as-is, pass only permitted data, comply with privacy and age rules, and keep your builds compatible.
SCOPE & HIERARCHY
1.1 Scope. These terms cover SDK/API access, game onboarding, events/tournaments hosted via THRYL, creator integrations, storefront listings, and analytics/anti-cheat telemetry.
1.2 Hierarchy. Contract order: Signed Publisher Agreement/IO/SOW → these Developer & Publisher Terms → Terms of Use → Privacy Policy.
DEFINITIONS
SDKs/APIs: THRYL software development kits, libraries, documentation, sample code, and web services. Game: Your game(s) and related services you integrate with THRYL. Telemetry: Non-content signals and events sent to THRYL. Events: Tournaments, challenges, leagues, or show-matches conducted via THRYL. Virtual Items: THRYL Token, THRYL Gems, and other in-app items. DPA: Data Processing Addendum.
ELIGIBILITY & ONBOARDING
3.1 Authority. You confirm you have authority to bind your entity.
3.2 Compliance. You will comply with applicable law, app-store/OEM policies, platform rules, and rating bodies.
3.3 KYC/Docs. We may request entity KYC (e.g., registration certificate, GSTIN/PAN), dev contacts, and security points-of-contact.
SDK LICENCE & INTEGRATION
4.1 Licence. THRYL grants a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use SDKs/APIs solely to integrate your Game with THRYL.
4.2 Restrictions. Do not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute SDKs; do not remove notices; do not use SDKs to build competing services.
4.3 Compatibility. Maintain compatibility with current SDK versions. We may deprecate versions with reasonable prior notice.
4.4 Keys & Rate Limits. Keep API keys confidential. Respect rate limits.
DATA, PRIVACY & DPA
5.1 Roles. Each party acts as an independent controller for its own user data unless expressly agreed otherwise in a DPA.
5.2 Permitted Data. Pass only the minimum necessary telemetry and identifiers documented by THRYL (Appendix A). Do not send raw personal messages, contacts, passwords, payment credentials, or special-category data.
5.3 Consent & Notices. You will provide clear in-app disclosures and obtain all consents as required by law.
5.4 Children/Teens. Do not send personal data of users under 18 to THRYL except as permitted for age-gating and safety.
5.5 Security. Use TLS in transit and encrypt sensitive tokens at rest.
ANTI-CHEAT, FAIR PLAY & SAFETY
6.1 No RMG. Gambling, betting, fantasy contests, or other RMG are prohibited on or through THRYL.
6.2 Fair Play. Implement reasonable anti-cheat controls and cooperate with THRYL’s anti-cheat signals.
6.3 Exploit Reporting. Promptly report vulnerabilities/exploits and work with us on fixes.
6.4 Content Safety. Games must not include illegal content, hate/extremism, explicit sexual content, or material targeted at children that conflicts with our policies.
EVENTS & TOURNAMENTS (FREE & SKILL-BASED)
7.1 Free Entry. Events hosted on THRYL are free to enter.
7.2 Skill-Based. Outcomes must be skill-based; no wagering and no pay-to-win mechanics that impact tournament fairness.
7.3 Rules & Admin. Event rules must align with THRYL’s integrity standards. Admin decisions may be final to preserve fair play.
7.4 Prizes & Taxes. Prize payouts are subject to verification, taxes (e.g., TDS in India), and applicable law.
VIRTUAL ITEMS: TOKENS & GEMS
8.1 Tokens. If you enable THRYL Token earnings within your Game via Offerwall or THRYL events, Tokens are convertible to INR only under the Token & Conversion Policy.
8.2 Gems. THRYL Gems are non-withdrawable and redeemable only for designated coupons/gift cards.
8.3 No Off-Platform Trading. Do not create off-platform markets, resale, or P2P transfers of Tokens/Gems.
OFFERWALL & INCENTIVISED TASKS
Offerwall integrations must comply with the Offerwall Policy. No Offers that solicit gambling/fantasy/betting apps or any RMG flow. Disclose requirements and reward types (Token vs Gems) exactly as shown in-app.
BRAND, TRADEMARKS & MARKETING
Use of THRYL logos/badges requires adherence to the Trademark Policy. Co-marketing, creator activations, or event sponsorships require prior THRYL approval and must respect the Brand Safety & UA Addendum.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
Follow industry practices (input validation, secret rotation, code signing). Store API keys and webhooks securely; never hard-code secrets in public builds. Games and updates must be free of malware, spyware, or undeclared third-party code.
UPDATES, DEPRECATION & SUPPORT
Provide build notes and contact persons for incidents. THRYL may deprecate SDKs; you must migrate within the timeframe in docs/notice. THRYL may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.
COMMERCIAL TERMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Revenue shares/fees specified in IO/SOW/Publisher Agreement. Invoices NET 15 days; fees exclusive of taxes; provide GSTIN/PAN as applicable. THRYL may withhold amounts for fraud, abuse, or chargebacks.
WARRANTIES & PROHIBITED ACTS
You own or have rights to your Game; your integration does not infringe IP; your Game is malware-free and complies with law and policies. No reverse engineering of SDKs/APIs; no scraping; no resale or white-labelling of THRYL services.
INDEMNITY
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless THRYL/Glazer Labs, affiliates, and personnel from claims arising from: (a) your Game or content; (b) your integration or data you send; (c) your breach of these terms or law; or (d) alleged infringement of third-party rights by your Game.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THRYL/Glazer Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability capped at the greater of INR 25,000 or amounts paid by you to THRYL for the 3 months preceding the claim.
SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
We may suspend access for suspected violations, security threats, or legal reasons. Either party may terminate for material breach uncured within 30 days of notice. On termination, stop using SDKs/APIs, delete keys, and cease brand use.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing law: India. Disputes per the Terms of Use, arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with seat/venue Surat, Gujarat.

Trademark Policy

Owner: Glazer Labs Private Limited (“Glazer Labs”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Read with: Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines & Fair Play, Brand Safety & UA Addendum.
Summary (non-binding): Our names, logos, and other brand assets belong to us. You may reference “THRYL” to describe our products (nominative fair use) and use certain badges we provide, but you can’t make your own THRYL logos, imply sponsorship, or name your product/organization/handle after us. All uses must be brand-safe: no gambling, fantasy, betting, or real-money gaming (RMG). If in doubt, ask brand@thryl.io.
SCOPE & WHO THIS APPLIES TO
This Policy applies to everyone using THRYL brand assets: users, fan communities, creators/influencers/esports athletes/streamers (“Creators”), teams, tournament organizers, game publishers/developers, brands/advertisers/UA clients, agencies, press, and partners.
OUR TRADEMARKS & BRAND ASSETS
Marks (illustrative): Word marks: THRYL, THRYL TOKEN, THRYL GEMS, THRYL ESPORTS. Logos: the THRYL logotype and THRYL icon/emblem. Taglines/slogans used by THRYL from time to time.
Ownership. All rights in the Marks and Brand Assets belong to Glazer Labs Private Limited.
Brand Assets Kit. Official logo files, badges, and style guidance are available via brand@thryl.io. Do not source logos from screenshots, search engines, or redraws.
PERMITTED USES (NO LICENSE FEES)
Subject to this Policy: (1) Editorial/Descriptive Reference — Using the word “THRYL” (plain text) to fairly refer to our Platform, app, tournaments, or services. (2) Links & Buttons — Text links or THRYL-provided badges from the Brand Assets Kit. (3) Community & Non-commercial Fan Use — Plain-text “THRYL” with a disclaimer and no custom logos. (4) Press — Journalists may use official logo files in articles with proper attribution.
USES REQUIRING EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION
You must obtain prior written approval from brand@thryl.io for: Co-branding, sponsorships, or paid creator activations featuring THRYL logos; commercial merchandise using THRYL Marks; naming a product, service, event, team, studio, channel, or organization with “THRYL” or a confusingly similar variant; app icons or UI that resemble our trade dress; use of THRYL Marks in advertising/UA creatives or Offerwall tasks; use in connection with finance, lending, investment, crypto/asset trading, or any RMG activity.
STYLE & BRAND RULES
Do not modify THRYL logos. Clear space: Keep at least 1× the height of the “T” around the logo. Minimum size: 24 px height (digital) or 6 mm (print). Use high-contrast backgrounds. No look-alikes. When space permits, add: “THRYL and the THRYL logo are trademarks of Glazer Labs Private Limited.”
NOMINATIVE FAIR USE
You may use plain-text “THRYL” to identify our product/service only if: the product or service is not readily identifiable without using the THRYL name; you use only what’s reasonably necessary; and the context does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Always include a disclaimer where reasonable.
PROHIBITED USES (STRICT)
No RMG; no confusion/affiliation; don’t incorporate THRYL logos into your logo/app icon; no domain/handle/app names including “thryl” or confusingly similar; no merchandising without a licence; no misleading SEO/SEM/ASO; no alteration or parody that confuses users or violates brand safety; no illegal/unsafe categories.
REQUIRED DISCLAIMERS
Communities/Events: “This event is independently organized and is not affiliated with or endorsed by THRYL.” Creators: “Contains references to THRYL. Not sponsored unless explicitly stated. #ad for paid promotions.” Developers/Publishers: “Integrates with THRYL. THRYL is a trademark of Glazer Labs Private Limited.”
REPORTING MISUSE
Email brand@thryl.io or resident.grievance@thryl.io with links, screenshots, and contact details. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to address within 15 days.
ENFORCEMENT & REMEDIES

Applies to: Brands, advertisers, agencies, UA buyers, co-marketing partners, and sponsorship clients using THRYL inventory, creator activations, and event integrations. Read with: THRYL Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Offerwall Policy, Token & Conversion Policy.
Summary (non-binding): THRYL is a free-to-enter, skill-based esports and gaming platform. We do not allow gambling/fantasy/betting (RMG) anywhere. This policy sets the bar for brand safety, UA integrity, creative standards, measurement, make-goods, and compliance.
ABSOLUTE PROHIBITIONS — NO RMG
Strict ban on any content, creatives, link-outs, or tasks involving: Gambling, betting, fantasy contests, or other RMG; illegal products/services, counterfeit goods, spyware/malware, hate/extremist content; adult/explicit sexual content; tobacco/vapes; firearms/ammunition; narcotics; deceptive health/finance claims, pyramid/MLM schemes; deepfakes/misattribution. THRYL may block, remove, or refuse any creative at its sole discretion.
CREATIVE RIGHTS, DISCLOSURE & APPROVALS
Partner warrants ownership/licences to all assets. Partner grants THRYL a limited licence to host, transcode, resize, and render creatives. Sponsored content must be clearly labelled (“Ad”, “Sponsored”). Creators must use ASCI/FTC-style disclosures (#ad, paid partnership). No bait-and-switch or dark patterns.
PLACEMENT, ADJACENCY & EDITORIAL CONTROL
THRYL controls placement, pacing, frequency capping, and adjacency. We use brand-safety filters and may pause/relocate creatives to avoid unsuitable contexts without liability for consequential damages.
MEASUREMENT, REPORTING & MAKE-GOODS
If an MMP/third-party tracker is listed in the IO, it will govern UA attribution. Otherwise THRYL reporting prevails. For under-delivery against booked impressions or agreed KPIs, make-good inventory is the sole remedy unless the IO states otherwise. No cash refunds for delivered inventory.
UA INTEGRITY & ANTI-FRAUD
Prohibited: SDK spoofing; click injection/spamming; incent stacking outside declared Offerwall; bot installs; device farms; fake/duplicative identities; VPN/proxy masking; mis-attribution tactics. THRYL may blocklist sources, throttle or reallocate budgets, and deny billing for flagged traffic. Disputes within 7 days of report/invoice.
DATA USE, PRIVACY & SECURITY
THRYL shares only aggregated/anonymised insights unless user-level data sharing is expressly contracted and lawful. All processing follows the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Campaign data handled under THRYL security practices.
PAYMENTS, TAXES & CREDIT TERMS
Pre-pay by default. Post-pay requires credit approval. NET 15 days from invoice date; late fees 1.5% per month. Fees exclusive of taxes. Provide GSTIN/PAN as applicable.
OFFERWALL & INCENTIVISED INVENTORY
Offerwall incentives may be THRYL Token (convertible to INR per Token & Conversion Policy) or THRYL Gems (non-withdrawable; coupon/gift card redemption only). Partners must not misrepresent rewards or imply guaranteed earnings/cashbacks beyond in-app disclosures. No Offers that solicit gambling/fantasy/betting apps or any RMG-related flows.
BRAND SUITABILITY & ADJACENCY CONTROLS
Suitability Tiers: A (General): family-safe; B (Teen/PG-13): mild competitive intensity; C (Mature-Gamer): intense competitive scenes. Adjacency Exclusions: On request, THRYL will use reasonable efforts to avoid adjacency to politics, tragedies, medical misinformation, or toxicity spikes.
LIABILITY, INDEMNITY & REMEDIES
THRYL’s liability is limited as per the Terms of Use. Partner indemnifies THRYL against claims arising from creatives, targeting, product claims, or legal violations. Sole remedy for shortfalls: make-good inventory unless otherwise stated in the IO/SOW.

Summary (non-binding): Offerwall tasks are provided by third-party partners. Complete eligible tasks to earn THRYL Token (may convert to INR per Token Policy) or THRYL Gems (non-withdrawable; coupons/gift cards only). Attribution and verification come from the offer partner; fraud or VPN/proxy/emulator use will void rewards. No gambling/fantasy/betting content is allowed anywhere on THRYL.
PURPOSE & SCOPE
This Policy explains how the THRYL Offerwall operates, how rewards are earned, verified, and credited, and the rules that apply to Users. It supplements the Terms of Use and the Token & Conversion Policy.
DEFINITIONS
Offerwall: A catalogue of third-party tasks (app installs, in-app actions, surveys, sign-ups) presented in the THRYL App or website. Partner: Third-party provider who supplies an Offer. Offer: A specific task with stated steps, reward type/amount, and eligibility conditions. Token (THRYL Token): Convertible to INR under the Token & Conversion Policy. Gems (THRYL Gems): Non-withdrawable points redeemable for coupons/gift cards only.
ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Age: You must be 18+ to withdraw Tokens. Users 13–17 may access age-appropriate Offerwall content (no withdrawals) with verified guardian consent. Under-13 are not permitted on THRYL.
3.2 One User–One Account: Multiple accounts, identity sharing, or device spoofing are prohibited.
3.3 Geo/Device Requirements: Some Offers are restricted by country, device type, OS version, or language.
HOW THE OFFERWALL WORKS
Read the Offer; start via THRYL so your click ID is captured; complete all steps exactly as described. Uninstall/reinstall loops, emulator usage, or third-party app stores can break attribution. Most rewards show as Pending then Confirmed once the Partner validates. Partners may reverse credits for cancellations, refund/chargeback, policy violations, or if postbacks indicate the action did not meet Offer criteria.
REWARD TYPES & DISPLAY
The Offer card clearly states whether the reward is Token (convertible to INR) or Gems (non-withdrawable). Amounts are set by Partners and may change prior to starting. Newly earned rewards may be held for verification (e.g., 24–72 hours). Unclaimed/unused rewards may expire; see the Token & Conversion Policy for Token expiry rules.
ATTRIBUTION, VERIFICATION & DISPUTES
Partners may require device ID, IP address, OS version, app store receipt, or in-app event confirmations. Credit appears after Partner validates and sends a secure callback to THRYL. If credit is missing, wait the full credit window then file a ticket within 7 days with your THRYL username, Offer name, date/time, screenshots, device/OS details. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve in 3–15 days. Partner validation is authoritative for Offer credit.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT (STRICT)
No gambling/betting/fantasy/RMG Offers; no VPN/proxy/Tor or emulators where prohibited; no device farms, bots, macros, or automation; no fake/throwaway emails/phones/IDs; no off-platform selling/transfers of Tokens/Gems; no interfering with SDKs, postbacks, or measurement tools. Violations can lead to forfeiture, freezes, suspension/termination, and reporting to authorities.
PURCHASE/OFFER TYPES
Some Offers are free (e.g., survey, level completion); others may be paid (e.g., first purchase). Paid Offers require clear disclosure on the Offer card. If you cancel or obtain a refund on a paid Offer, the associated reward may be reversed. Unless explicitly stated, Offers cannot be stacked or repeated using the same device/account.
WITHDRAWALS, TAXES & LIMITS
Tokens: Conversion to INR and withdrawals follow the Token & Conversion Policy (KYC, name match, limits, fees, holds, taxes/TDS). Gems: Not withdrawable; redeem only for listed coupons/gift cards. Rewards and conversions may be subject to withholding and reporting.

Summary (non-binding): THRYL Token can be earned on the platform and, in specific cases, converted to INR and withdrawn after KYC. THRYL Gems are non-withdrawable and can only be redeemed for approved coupons/gift cards. No gambling/fantasy/betting is permitted on THRYL. Conversions are subject to taxes, limits, fees, and compliance checks.
DEFINITIONS
Token / THRYL Token: A digital engagement unit issued by THRYL. Tokens may be converted to Indian Rupees (INR) under this Policy. Tokens are not legal tender, securities, or investment products. Gems / THRYL Gems: Non-withdrawable, non-transferable points redeemable only for designated brand coupons, gift cards, or similar benefits in-app. Gems cannot be converted to fiat. Eligible Sources: Offerwall completions, prize pools/winnings from THRYL-hosted skill-based esports events, and specific event-based earnings expressly marked as “Token-convertible” in-app. Ineligible Sources: Promotional grants, airdrops, referral abuse, fraudulently earned items, or any earnings not explicitly marked as Token-convertible.
ELIGIBILITY & KYC TIERS
You must be 18+ and legally permitted to use THRYL features in your jurisdiction. Tokens can be converted only by the account holder who earned them. KYC Tiers (indicative): Tier A (Basic) – Email/phone verified, no withdrawals; Tier B (Standard) – PAN + full name + DOB + selfie + bank/UPI in your own name, daily/monthly limits apply; Tier C (Enhanced) – Tier B + address proof for higher limits. THRYL may request additional verification at any time.
EARNING TOKENS & GEMS
Offerwall: Completing eligible offers may yield Tokens or Gems (clearly labelled in-app). Esports & Events: THRYL-hosted competitions are free to enter, skill-based; prize pools designated Token-convertible will credit Tokens. Promotions may grant Gems only (non-withdrawable).
CONVERSION RATE, FEES & LIMITS
The Token→INR rate is set and published by THRYL in-app and may be updated. Minimum withdrawal amount and daily/weekly/monthly caps apply per KYC Tier. THRYL may charge a processing fee. Newly earned Tokens may be subject to a verification hold (e.g., 24–72 hours).
WITHDRAWAL PROCESS
Steps: Complete required KYC; link bank account/UPI in your own name; request withdrawal in-app; review rate/fees/taxes; confirm. Name on THRYL Account, KYC, and bank/UPI must match. If a withdrawal is later found to include ineligible/fraudulent Tokens, THRYL may reverse the transaction.
TAXES
You are responsible for taxes on your earnings. THRYL may deduct taxes at source (e.g., TDS) where required and issue relevant certificates. Withdrawals and winnings may be reported to authorities as required by law.
COMPLIANCE & RISK CONTROLS
No Gambling/Fantasy/Betting/RMG on THRYL. Prohibited: device farms; bots/emulators; VPN/proxy masking; offer manipulation; identity theft; chargebacks; resale/transfer of Tokens or accounts; money-laundering; sanctions/terror financing. THRYL may freeze balances, cancel conversions, claw back payouts, suspend or terminate accounts, and report to authorities.
GEMS — NON-WITHDRAWABLE BENEFITS
Gems are non-cash, non-transferable, non-withdrawable. Redeemable only for listed coupons/gift cards within validity periods and subject to partner T&Cs. No cash or Token equivalent for Gems.
EXPIRY, INACTIVITY & ADJUSTMENTS
THRYL may set expiry periods for Tokens; expired Tokens cannot be converted. Accounts with no login/activity for 24 months may have balances expired or converted to Gems/coupons at THRYL’s discretion. THRYL may correct errors, reverse incorrectly credited amounts, and adjust for partner chargebacks or fraud.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the THRYL platform, including the website https://www.thryl.io, the THRYL mobile application (the “App”), tournament operations, creator tools, publisher integrations, offerwall and advertising services, and any other products, features, content, or services offered under the THRYL brand (collectively, the “Platform”).
THRYL is a brand of Glazer Labs Private Limited, an Indian company with its registered office at Office No. 601, 6th Floor, Cube by Solaris, B/S Rajoo India, Rundh-Vesu, Piplod, Surat, Gujarat 395007, India (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
WHO THESE TERMS APPLY TO
These Terms are structured into modules: End-Users/Players/Viewers (Section 8); Brands & Advertisers (Section 9); UA Clients (Section 10); Content Creators/Influencers/Esports Athletes/Streamers (Section 11); Game Publishers/Developers/Studios (Section 12). Sections 2–7 and 13–23 apply to everyone.
DEFINITIONS
Account, Balance, Creator Program, Events, Offerwall, Rewards, THRYL Token (“Token”), THRYL Gems (“Gems”), Virtual Items, UA — as defined in the full Terms and Privacy Policy.
ELIGIBILITY; PARENTAL CONSENT
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and at least 18 to participate in paid promotions, prize pools, or Creator payouts. Users 13–17 may access age-appropriate features only with verifiable consent of a parent/guardian and subject to feature restrictions (e.g., no payouts, limited chat). Users under 13 are not permitted.
ACCOUNT; SECURITY
You are responsible for all activity under your Account. Maintain confidentiality of credentials; provide true, accurate, and complete information. Creating or using multiple Accounts to manipulate outcomes, rewards, or campaigns is prohibited. We may suspend or terminate Accounts for suspected violations, fraudulent activity, or legal/regulatory reasons.
LICENSE; OWNERSHIP
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform. We and our licensors own all rights in the Platform. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use feedback and suggestions.
USER CONTENT & CONDUCT
Content you upload remains yours; you grant THRYL a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and promote such content in connection with the Platform. You must not violate law, third-party rights, or these Terms; engage in harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or explicit content where prohibited; upload viruses/malware or attempt to hack/scrape/reverse engineer; use bots, macros, emulators, or exploits; engage in match-fixing or collusion; impersonate others; run unauthorised promotions, lotteries, or gambling. We may remove content, restrict features, or issue warnings/strikes at our discretion.
FAIR PLAY, ANTI-CHEAT & SAFETY
THRYL promotes ethical, non-cash-stakes social gaming. Cheating, boosting, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorised software/hardware is prohibited. We may deploy anti-cheat systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Strict Prohibition — No Gambling/Fantasy/Betting/RMG: THRYL does not host, facilitate, promote, or permit any gambling, wagering, betting, fantasy contests, pools, or other RMG activities. Esports on THRYL is competition-based and skill-driven with no entry or participation fees charged by THRYL.
MODULE A — END-USERS / PLAYERS / VIEWERS
Tokens, Gems, Rewards may be earned via Offerwall, events, or esports participation. Tokens may be converted to INR and withdrawn only per the Token & Conversion Policy. Gems are non-withdrawable. Offers are provided by third parties; THRYL is not responsible for third-party offers, delays, or denials. Purchases via App Store/Play Store are governed by their terms. Participation in events is subject to event-specific rules. Competitions on THRYL are skill-based and free to enter on THRYL.
MODULES B–E (BRANDS, UA, CREATORS, PUBLISHERS)
Brand safety, creative rights, measurement, placement, billing, attribution, KPIs, compliance, Creator Program terms, Game integration and SDK compliance, data & telemetry — as set out in the full Terms. Revenue shares, sponsorship inventory, and prize funding are governed by the applicable SOW/Publisher Agreement.
PAYMENTS, TAXES, REFUNDS
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are due as per in-app displays or signed IO/SOW and are non-refundable except as required by law or our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Amounts are exclusive of taxes. Withdrawals and Token conversion are permitted only per the Token & Conversion Policy and in-app disclosures. KYC, name match, and compliance checks apply. THRYL may place holds, reverse transactions, or freeze Accounts/Balances where suspicious, fraudulent, or prohibited activity is detected.
PRIVACY, WARRANTY DISCLAIMER, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our collection and use of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”; WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR INR 25,000, WHICHEVER IS LOWER.
INDEMNITY, CHANGES, TERMINATION, GOVERNING LAW
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless THRYL/Glazer Labs from claims arising out of your use, content, conduct, breach, or violation of law. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the Platform. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, or legal reasons. Governing law: India. We actively protect minors, restrict risky features (DMs, links, UGC), and operate strict No Gambling/Fantasy/Betting (RMG) rules everywhere.
PURPOSE & SCOPE
This Policy sets out how THRYL protects children and teens on our website, App, events, streams, and community features. It applies to Users, Creators/Influencers/Esports athletes, Brands/UA partners, Developers/Publishers, and Tournament Organisers using THRYL.
DEFINITIONS
Child/Minor: A person under 18. Under-13: Users 12 and below — not permitted on THRYL. Teen: Users 13–17 — limited access with verified parent/guardian consent. Age Gate: The processes used to determine age and apply feature restrictions. High-Risk Features: DMs/voice with strangers, link posting, external invites, off-platform redirects, cash withdrawals, Offerwall with paid flows.
AGE GATE & ACCESS LEVELS
Under-13 — Not Permitted. We do not knowingly collect or process data from under-13s. Accounts identified as under-13 are disabled and data deleted per Privacy Policy.
Teens 13–17 — Limited Access (Consent Required). Teens may access age-appropriate gaming and community features only after parent/guardian consent verification. No withdrawals or cash prizes for Teens; Tokens/Gems may be earned but Tokens are non-withdrawable and Gems are non-cash.
Adults 18+ — Full Access. KYC is required for cash withdrawals/competitive prize payouts.
PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT (13–17)

Links & Invites: No public posting of external links. Profiles & Avatars: Strict filters; no NSFW, hate, impersonation, or contact info. Offerwall: Access to free offers only; no paid flows; no RMG tasks. Prizes/Withdrawals: Teens cannot withdraw cash or Tokens. Targeted Ads: No interest-based advertising to Teens. Late-Night Use: Optional curfews and break reminders.
PROHIBITED CONTENT & CONDUCT (ZERO-TOLERANCE)
CSAM, grooming, sexualisation of minors; RMG (gambling, betting, fantasy); hate/extremism, threats, doxxing, serious harassment; explicit sexual content, non-contextual gore/violence; scams/fraud, identity theft, unsafe challenges. Violations trigger immediate removal, suspension/ban, and reporting to authorities where required.
MODERATION, SAFETY & ESCALATION
Proactive protections: AI-assisted filters, profanity/keyword blocks, link scanning, image safety checks. Human review by trained moderators; easy in-app reporting for users and parents; emergency category for imminent harm. We cooperate with lawful requests and escalate imminent risk of harm to appropriate authorities.
DATA MINIMISATION & PRIVACY FOR MINORS
We collect only what’s necessary for safety, gameplay, and legal compliance. No precise geolocation, contacts, or device sensors for Teens unless strictly necessary and consented. Parental rights: access, correction, and deletion. Strong encryption, access controls, anti-abuse monitoring.
ESPORTS & EVENTS (FREE & SKILL-BASED)
No entry/participation fees by THRYL. Skill-based; no wagering. Separate Teen brackets where applicable; adult-only brackets enforce 18+. Teen brackets: non-cash awards (e.g., Gems/coupons/merch). Adult brackets: cash prizes subject to KYC and taxes.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

GLAZER LABS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
GLAZER LABS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within the same day of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the GLAZER LABS PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
